We recommend printing and completing these forms at your convenience before your first appointment. If you have any problem getting these files to print properly, please call our office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.

Appointment Scheduling

During your appointment, you have our undivided attention. Our entire team is focused on getting to know each patient and providing the highest quality dental care. Simply call our office to schedule an appointment, or take advantage of our convenient online appointment request feature. We will do our best to set appointments at your earliest convenience. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, call us as soon as possible.

Emergency Care

We recognize that emergency situations arise and we will do our best to respond promptly. If you are an existing patient with an emergency and we are out of the office, please do not hesitate to call us at (843) 971-1993.

Insurance & Billing

We are committed to provide excellent care and ensure that you receive the treatment and services that best meet your needs. We accept many insurance plans, and we are in-network providers for Cigna Dental & Delta Dental Premier insurance in addition to a few others. Please call our office to check on your insurance availability. Also, we are happy to assist you with insurance filing and payment options.

During your visit, we sit down with you to discuss dental concerns, treatment recommendations and payment options. Our dedicated financial coordinator will file your insurance paperwork and help you find the payment method that's right for you. Patients are responsible for all expenses not covered by insurance, with a percentage of treatment costs due at the time of service.

We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept CareCredit, a financing option that helps you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn't cover. We are conveniently located in Mt. Pleasant at the intersection of Hwy 17 and Hwy 41, behind Sonic and CVS in the Station 41 Shopping Center.

From Downtown Charleston/I-26:

Take Hwy 17 North towards Myrtle Beach.
Turn left onto Hwy 41.
Turn left onto Gregorie Ferry Rd.
Turn left into Station 41 Shopping Center.

From North Charleston/I-526:

Take 2nd exit for Clements Ferry Rd towards Mt. Pleasant.
Veer right onto Hwy 41.
Turn right onto Gregorie Ferry Rd.
Turn left into Station 41 Shopping Center.
